Many slicer programs have a paint-on-supports feature if you want to get real fiddly with it. (I think the optimal tool for this is a resin printer but that's a whole other thing)

yt-dlp (github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp) tends to be pretty robust for large video platforms, I'd start there. Haven't used it with twitch personally.
