There's 4 people I trade likes with in twst for my guest room and even when I'm gone they still give me a like. It's really cute and sweet to me, like thank you for coming to visit me even when I'm missing LOL

It's probably just feeling more comfortable being interested in a few things than many. Even if I still like a series, I don't find the need to label it if I don't actively engage with it anymore

Sometimes I look at other accounts and see their fandoms, likes, and dislikes laid out so clearly and then I look at my own 💭 I then question whether or not I even like stuff lol

I try to get around the long wait by getting multiple library cards and it's worked out pretty well! The LA Public Library is definitely the most diverse and well stocked though. They have majority of the licensed danmei in my to read pile, I am grateful lol 👏

My longest hold currently is 8 weeks and I thought that was sort of long but some of the super popular books are like several months! Taking into account the copies libraries hold and the amount of people putting a book on hold, it's insane

I just feel bad making the other people who have holds on a book wait that long, especially if it's a more popular book but I guess as long as the book gets returned its fine 💧

I thought it was normal to return books from the library as soon as you're done with them, but people are out here admitting that they just keep it the entire 2-3 weeks?! 😭 have mercy

This brings me to my ongoing dilemma of whether or not an android e-reader would be necessary... Honestly after going back and forth on it I think it'd be a purely indulgent purchase lol

I think the miscommunication/misunderstanding trope can be good if done right, unfortunately a lot of the time the reasons tend to be unbelievable and kind of stupid... But the author did a good job of building up both the characters and their ways of thinking that I don't hate what's going on
