Exhibit E. Third variation of the soufflés: added a bit of cake flour for extra body, some extra chocolate, some fruit jam, and a little bit of cream. Wasn’t sure if they’d still rise as much, but turned out well.

Heh.I’m a happy Moom user for many years now. Can’t use a Mac for more than a few min. without installing it if missing. Probably use my keyboard shortcuts 500 times a day.
