Syrian government forces appear to have regained control of the town. Videos showed tanks and security personnel on the ground. The Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of several outlaws and declared the operation over, with forces remaining to maintain order.

Meanwhile, Israel became involved — first with a warning strike targeting what it described as 'extremist elements preparing to attack Druze.' Later, it launched airstrikes against Syrian army and security force positions, resulting in casualties.

The Syrian army, backed by additional security forces, deployed to the town in what officials described as an effort to pursue outlawed militants. The use of tanks and drones underscored the seriousness of the situation.

Things escalated significantly when a group of unidentified militants attacked an area where Syrian government forces were present, killing and injuring both civilians and security personnel, according to the Syrian Ministry of Interior.

Clashes continued into the early morning. Charles Lister described the scene as 'pure chaos' — involving Syrian government forces, different types of Druze fighters with different stances towards the government, and gunmen from Bedouin tribes — all under Israeli drones flying overhead.

Clashes broke out in Sahnaya last night. It's unclear who initiated them, but journalist Charles Lister described the fighting as between 'pro-gov't gunmen and Druze militiamen'

Well, as you can see, in except for Gaza, all the other things he mentioned are not about territorial expansion or anything, but about security. But the fact that They have to "dismantle" entire countries to be safe is very telling. The zionist project was a terrible idea.

Meanwhile, the IDF intends to start letting aid into the strip soon. They assess that the aid currently inside Gaza will run out within about three weeks, so they have to let at least the bare minimum to prevent famine.

Several phased operational plans for Gaza have been presented to the Israeli government. One option under consideration is the evacuation of the Al-Mawasi area, which has served as a humanitarian zone since the start of the war but is now believed to be sheltering many Hamas fighters.

Ok lil bro
April 29, 2025 at 7:14 PM
Well, what is well known in the Arab world is that Palestinians have similar history to their neighbors in Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and Egypt. Maybe check the book "Palestine And The Palestinians" by Samih Farsoun or any other good source on the history of that society.

Oh yeah he sounds def as bad
April 29, 2025 at 7:01 PM
I agree that Bennett is almost as bad as Netanyahu. But I think Israeli politicians can be significantly different. For example, a government led by Gantz wouldn't have included crazy fascists like Smotritch. It would have ended the Gaza war a long time ago as well.

I'm from the Arab world and what you just said is absolute nonsense.

Where do you get your news from man? ☠️
Julani is literally preventing the tensions with druze to turn into a whole war. Government forces blocked the way to Jaramana and deployed to protect a druze village in Idlib. If they weren't trying to calm things, there would have been intense fighting rn.
