PHP apps that read `.env` are so annoying: if I wanted you to have an environment, I'd pass it to you, not place a file somewhere.

Done some digging around dockerizing stuff in Nix, vs pulling existing images.

Given flakes, the appeal of pulling docker images faded quite quickly: writing my own docker image is not that much effort, and comes with substantially improved guarantees.
