So true! Flew to Montreal 2 weeks ago from San Diego, flight was FULL. On the way home, it was 1/3 full. My sister's flight (Montreal to LAX) had even less people--maybe 25%? I was literally the only person going through security and Customs in Montreal. Good for Canada for standing on business!
