I may be misremembering it or I had a different version though because I remember a lot more character artwork. Specifically this kid Dracula and a cool mummy in the same style

Similar! But it had like an edgier art style for lack of a better word. It also heavily featured Tesla coils with lightning shooting off it. But def the same type of game
