Turns out, people love leaving high attack monsters on the field in the legacy pack duel trial. Frogs + nimbles + shadow mosquito results in some pretty quick and easy wins, and if you can't get it right away, people don't know how to otk either so you have more turns to try.

This month in master diel I decided to climb ladder with blue eyes. I hated it at first, but after changing around the deck a few times I settled on this and this deck felt pretty great. This list climbed all of master to mast 1. Only change I'd consider is swapping the 2nd neo ultimate for anima.

While Theme chronicle might have been dominated by plants, I had a lot of fun playing machina orcust. Ruinforce synergizes really well since it's a dark machine (knightmare can even send it for its effect). I just really like machina and I try to play it in as many events as I can.

The newest trailer for Gundam GQuuuuux showed off this little guy. Haro in a stylish beanie is just peak character design.

the low LP event celebrating the end of the year is back in master duel, this time it's 2025 LP. I pulled this out from last year and won 3 games immediately. I'll probably play a few more of this duel trial just for fun, it's so fast and just a fun little thing to do.

Did enough duels in stage 2 to finish all of my remaining gem missions. This format is not great, they really need to get tenpai and gimmick puppet under control, so many uninteractive non-games. I played lab, it's what I play in formats where I don't have a new deck I love, equation cannons is fun.

I hit master 1 again this month using bystial centurion, but once I was in rated duels I started falling pretty far, so I switched to lab. Lab with simultaneous equation canon brought me up from 1400 to over 1500 in rating duels, it feels great like this and it's super fun to resolve the canon.

Got up to M1 and went positive in rated duels again this month. This time I went with this bystial centurion deck. It felt pretty good, but boy does this archetype draw some rough hands sometimes. When the new support gets added it should feel even better. I love decks that don't fold to maxx c.

With these specs running at 1440p borderless windowed, I'm getting 70-90fps depending on what's going on in the game. The visuals are fine for me, but some of the textures are still a bit muddy. My pc is pretty close to top of the line, so it's a bit crazy that I'm having to think about performance.

Really enjoying the collection part of pokemon tcg pocket. The art and display options they have in this game is just top notch. I hope I can get a cool art of Crobat in the future to go with this cool guy I pulled.

Managed to hit master 1 in master duel again this month, right before the season ended. I almost waited too long to (wanted the new duel pass), but I made it. This time I did it with labrynth, deck is just really fun to play when your furniture is all firing off. I hope rescue ace is this fun.

So I made this pie chart for the top cut of YCS Richmond this weekend (google sheets makes this easy). Very interesting to see Dinomorphia, Salamangreat, and Mikanko top here, it'll be neat to see those decklists after the event is over.
