Echols has already gone into full "Dog Whistle" mode describing Alicia Johnson at a recent meeting of Oconee GOP ... “My opponent, from Savannah, a Black female, is a DEI specialist". Yeah, he really said that.

She's getting phone calls from her adult kids complaining about higher costs. That's why she's complaining

Her adult children will wind up paying more ... that's why she suddenly cares

Yes, some elected offices (coroner, court clerk, etc.) shouldn't be elected. But if you want a democratic form of government, then it's the public's job to stay informed. I didn't say it was easy or had immediate results. But too many people opt out and then complain about the results.

Too many elections? No, not enough people voting. Too many are not participating. If these become appointed and not elected, then they become cronies of the party in charge. More people voting = more Democracy. Obama said that one but he was more eloquent about it.

Then you only get the Governor's cronies appointed to the job. It's bad enough already. 6 rate increases in 2 years. Data Center infrastructure is riding on the backs of consumers. Ga is 43rd in home rooftop solar. Elections are needed to correct this trend.

We're talking about a farmer aid package for a problem we created. Idiots

Such a surprise. Kemp said last week at the Rivian groundbreaking there was lots of "good conversations" taking place 🤣

The corrupt buying of GA legislators is nothing more than NIL for politicians. The corruption used to be hidden, now its out in the open.

It's the quiet part said out loud. Collins and Carter have allowed Trump to tear down FEMA, CDC, NIH, FDA and the list goes on. They gleefully signed onto the the Big Ugly Bill to keep tax breaks for the super rich and cut SNAP and Medicaid. The Ossoff campaign plan just writes itself.
