I found a bit of my lost soul (and roots) when reading Braiding Sweetgrass. Has anyone read or heard of The Gift by Lewis Hyde? It explains a gift economy, from Indigenous Roots, a whole different economy system and culture. I think people on this thread would enjoy that one.
