Is everyone as terrified about Trump making decisions about Iran right now? I think about who meets to make decisions in this admin and I am filled with anxiety. They just are clueless and they have the power!

So I’ve been over on the other place — I wanted to hear how MAGA is reacting to everything Trump is doing and, from what I have seen there, they love it. They are praising Elon for uncovering all the USAID fraud — claiming transparency and that the left is propped up by USAID money to news sources.

Over on X, I happened upon a post by Insurrectionist Barbie. She was bemoaning the so-called horrible treatment of J 6 defendants. I was stunned by the comments though. Almost without fail, people called them innocent victims who were persecuted — yes, persecuted— for a peaceful protest. Unreal!

My Jimmy Carter story is not much, but I think he may have piqued my interest in politics— it was 1975 and I was 15 with my family in Disney World. We see a man come in shaking hands and I asked my dad who he was — he said, some peanut farmer who thinks he will be president. So I shook his hand.

Why does the MAGA crowd act like insurrectionists were illegally prosecuted? Didn’t they see the Jan6’s beating Capitol police with flagpoles, spraying bear spray in their eyes, and illegally entering the Capitol. Didn’t they also see the pictures posted from inside the building. Cause we did!
