Also, can we add needing a degree, more than 5-6 months training, and standardized training protocol nationwide? American LEO's have almost no training, no education requirements beyond a GED, no standards, and are responsible for the most killings.

1 yr ago yesterday, we had to let our special needs orange boy go. Today is his birthday. He would have been 12 yrs old. We miss our sweet, shy, silly boy. Hearing him singing the songs of his people while he walked around the house made our hearts smile.
