So it's been some time. I wanted to post a "Before and After" of some of the progress I've been making.

Aside from the fact that these are completely different characters. (One of which is straight up fanart.)

Today was a really good day for progress.

I cleaned up my base model, got it to around 11,000 polys. Put together some straps for a flashy "anime style" rig. (designs still pending) and redid the character's top.

We're starting to see something come to life!

It went from a bald character to someone with clothes and hair! This is "Douyin Girl"

We'll be seeing her in many forms.

I'm just excited to see the effort coming to fruition. It's been a solid amount of work. But there's still more to learn!

TL;DR: I've fallen in love with 3D modeling. I want to make cool fanart with this.

My first time making a rig!! I still have to work out a bunch of kinks, and this is by no means complete. But I'm happy with what I got so far. #3DModeling #Blender
