All Northern Ireland parkruns completed with a trip to Limepark Playing Fields parkrun. Well organised and great encouragement from all the volunteers. Nice 3 lapper around the playing fields. Beautiful bright sunny morning and chatted with locals, 1st timers and C25k graduates. #loveparkrun

Tubbercurry Trail parkrun in County Sligo this morning. Lovely 2 lapper through forest trails. Local delicacy of Maderia biscuits dipped in a tub of curry. Highly recommend. Thanks to the wonderful volunteers. #loveparkrun

parkrun no. 375 was day trip with parkrun buddy Elaine to University of Galway parkrun. Flat and lovely riverside run but bloody scorchio. Really struggled in the heat but 8 hour round trip was definitely worth it. Friendly welcome and we chatted with a noce couple from San Francisco. #loveparkrun

Celebrations this morning at the Valley parkrun with our 500th event. Lots of cakes and goodies as well as singing and dancing. Record finishers as well with 399 crossing the line. Volunteered for pacing duties for 37 mins and sneaked in at 36.41. #loveparkrun #volunteering

The first album I bought was released 40 years ago this week. Songs From The Big Chair was Tears For Fears 2nd album following the successful debut album The Hurting. I paid £4.99 and i listen to it every week. My favourite song from the album is The Working Hour. Worth 6 minutes of your time.
