A strategic approach to increasing diversity (encouraging and creating a space for all the talent and benefiting from numerous perspectives), seems to work.

Anyone for public #NHS league tables?

I’ve spent some time considering possible benefits eg if done with ‘the right’ metrics (ones which’ve remained elusive in my 15+ years in the NHS).

But I always end up here: public shaming doesn’t lead to sustainable improvement.

For so very many reasons.
