Burner for loud (possibly wrong) opinions and pr0n
Slight correction. Friend and Roc nation were shaming Temecula for being a single mother. The kid thing was akin to “I know you can’t afford a babysitter”. Otherwise spot on.

Really not trying to be antagonistic so I apologize if that’s how it sounds. Can you clarify? Or point me to where you did?

So you’re saying a marginal improvement is worth all the other stuff that comes with it? That’s my takeaway.

Yup. As someone not in any of this, it’s all very entertaining

At some point he said he’s in an ENM marriage and his wife is aware. But niggas be lying so 🤷🏾‍♂️

I thought roasting ashy nudes was gender neutral and part of the fun

Agreed. I’ve been wondering how nuts the Choctaw must’ve been to have a millennia old Remmick running for his life.

Absolutely fair on Remmick. He did survive in the sun for a while in the beginning. I still think he was lying.

Counter point. They fight off Cornbread when he grabs Smoke. If I remember correctly, Smoke fights him off in his own. Both of them are big dudes but it doesn’t seem particularly hard. Also (they didn’t know this part) the thralls looked extra squishy when they rushed in. Almost like Zombies.

Ever since I’ve seen the movie the idea of skinwalkers in the PNW terrorizing white settlers has been stuck in my head.

Said this in another post. There’s a reason Grace runs the white store and Bo runs the black store. There’s a reason Son Wukong shows up in that scene when the camera is on Bo. Bo was with the gang. His wife was not.

Grace ain’t with gang and got everyone killed.

Grace definitely fucked up. Twice. 1. She sent Bo out to his death after the found Stack dead. This is after Bo says he wants to stay and mourn with Smoke. She said something like “this isn’t our problem”.1/x

We see Remmick hover but that’s kinda it. None of the thralls seem to be enhanced. Cornbread and Mary have their bullet wounds for the whole movie. Maybe they get more powers with time? Also, Remmick has been around for at least a millennia. I’m sure that has some perks 😂

She wasn’t with the gang and it was shown to us in several ways.

Personally, I do think Coogler was talking about allyship and community with the Chow’s. There’s a reason Grace runs the white store and Bo runs the black store. There’s a reason Son Wukong shows up when the camera is on Bo.
