Shared w/me. List of keywords being used to search grants/contracts for possible defending. You'll notice that while words like female, women, LGBT, BIPOC, Hispanic, black and Latinx are on the list, WHITE, MALE, and MEN are not. Gee, I cannot fucking imagine why.
