Idk if your canner is a pressure or water bath, but some items need to be done in one or the other (it’s cuz of acidity/elevation I believe). Also, last time I saw it, it was in the canning section at Walmart but the Ball Blue Book is what I see a lot of food canners use. I’m sure there’s others tho
