I really pushed this bobbin to its limits 😍. A bit of blauwe texelaar hand spun, 2 ply. I'm still very new to spinning, but I'm happy with my progress.

I made bread today. This uses the discard from my sourdough starter (200g discard, 400g (bread) flour, 200g water) in place of the eqv. flour and water, along with instant yeast. Love using discard this way.
