Boss 1 P3 still arguably and objectively unfair.
Boss 2 frustrating but reasonable. Particle overlap issues making it cheap dying to something you can’t see.
Final boss is very fun. Almost everything can be read by the player. Few scenarios where it’s a guaranteed death.

The boss I’m arguing even with learning the patterns creates an unfair advantage with its speed that is not fun (P3).

P2 was great. No need to hide all the time as the patterns were a good speed and shape to jump, slow dodge etc. P3 ruins that by getting hit by pure speed of the bosses firing rate. The patterns trap you

Phase 2 I would argue is the fun part of the boss.
