I wrote a DOS application on stream that demonstrates why the colors that make up the default VGA palette were chosen.
Implemented mouse look, very basic Lambertian diffuse shading, and I ripped out textures and am going with just colors for now to keep things simple. No idea what's going on with my view matrix when the camera's pitch changes.
