Both exercised dangerous levels of poor judgement, and the, again; off duty, out of jurisdiction, RCMP officer abused his position and power in a way that makes him clearly unsuited for the job.

staff who work at the Pottle Center should have better judgement and one would assume such a facility catering to those with mental illness and addiction would have policies for dealing with such incidents that does NOT include their off duty, out of jurisdiction, law enforcement, domestic partner.

I also want to add that the RCMP officer showed up because his partner, who worked at the Pottle Center, called him instead of using appropriate community resources.

I mean, we had to hide and wait for the intersection to clear of traffic before we could run across and escape. I'm.not.aure fighting it would be reasonable. Then again, when are dreams reasonable?
Does Texas have a lot of bears in the city? I would think no. We get them in smaller towns sometimes.
