Didn't Clarence Thomas say in his Dobbs judgment that the Supreme Court should revisit Obergefell v Hodges (the gay marriage case), Griswold v Connecticut (right to use contraceptives) and Lawrence v Texas (decriminalisation of sodomy)? This Idaho case is just the beginning.
