I put "do not wish to disclose, or refuse to answer". If I'm interviewing remotely, they'll find out soon enough....and if I'm interviewing in-person, it will be quite obvious.

Agree. This is a major reason why I don't want to fly. I can't even begin to imagine how she must have felt when they brought that tragedy to her.
