Why is it region locked?

I'm not an expert, but it could be anything from 0 (if it isn't an affected one) to doubling the cost if the same happens to Brazil. If they just add the extra cost of the raw beans that's only 2-3% extra per bag. But you know people would easily accept 25% extra, bc that's what they heard.

Not much has changed in the statuses of the hotels since I last checked, so you might just be stuck.
