well if you add them as contributors they probably can, but it will become a mess if you don't think your pipeline through. i suppose such stories are best to be written in text format first, and then adapted for CYOA format however you see fit. you can even do a book with page labels for choices.

besides, you already have a name in the furry art world, i don't think the demand for what you do will decline dramatically overtime. people want to pay creators because they want to support them and see more from them.

for the human part, ai is taught on so much good art it has the essence but not the mind. we can learn from it, too, and avoid its mistakes.

for the overkill part, i hardly thing so. twine does have potential, but it's mostly a simple engine with visual interface and no more code than an average forum post would require.

i've been toying around with Twine, it's a html engine developed specifically for browser-based interactive stories. super easy to get into, and a variety of features to expand in case you want a more elaborate interface, some data input, dice rolls, random and other mechanics.
