#jamvent day 18&19:
Cherry honey and caramel coffee ...the cherry is nice and a little tangy , the coffee caramel is smooth and delicious!

#jamvent day 15 & 16 : cherry red peppercorn and mixed berry . 🥵 Who wants pepper on their jelly?? The mixed berry was good !

#jamvent days 13 & 14 : how many more days do I gotta do? This is a lot of jam! 13: The 4 fruits one is good , though I cannot identify more than strawberry and rhubarb ...is honey s fruit? 14: mango lime etc...way too chunky .

#jamvent I was super busy yesterday so I need to catch-up!
Day 11 : apricot and peaches yum! Day 12: pineapple and yuzu ...meh. not the biggest fan of pineapple to begin with.

#jamvent day 10: raspberry and rose ... I did not think I would like it but pretty good. Not really getting a strong rose flavor but the raspberry is nice and tart !

#jamvent day 9: Rhubarb and spices . Yum! Although tasty, I could use a little more tartness from the rhubarb.

#jamvent day 8: lemon elderflower... Never had elderflower before! Actually like this one citrus spread, very lemony but in a good way !

#jamvent day 7: wild blueberry and maple syrup....umm where is the maple ?!? Don't get me wrong the blueberry is good, but I was expecting more .

#Jamvent day 6 : a bit late, I apologize, but it was a good one today ... Rhubarb and Strawberry!!! Very Rhubarb forward ! Tart, and sweet

#jamvent day 5 : purple fig and cinnamon... Yum! This is delicious, wouldn't mind making a sandwich with this and Nutella !

#Jamvent day 4 : Orange, Uzu, grapefruit. I am finding out I do not like citrus jam. Too...bright for me ? Also does not pair well with my Dunkin iced coffee !

#Jamvent day 3 ! Apple, quince, and honey . You know , I was just saying that I wanted more quince in my life ...huh... Anyways this one has a tartness to it that is yummy! And a faint hint of honey , not too sweet ! Very nice ( not in Borat voice )

#Jamvent day 2 ! Today was guava spread , ummm....not a fan. It's very potent so I guess if you are a guava addict this is your jam . It was not mine.

#jamvent Day 1 : quince jam ... Tastes... Sweet ? Very jammy. Kind of one note, and that note is quince.
