I shouldn't be surprised at the phenomenon that is "social media gurus" considering they come out of nowhere with an apparent wealth of knowledge about "the latest and greatest" social media thing.

Nothing will ever come close to the G+ we experienced. The G+ that was written about by tech blogs and ppl that didn't get it was a side of it that was at the very very surface. Only some of us went hard on the paint. We used it for what it was and built actual CIRCLES OF FRIENDS and hung out IRL.
