I don’t think it’s a bug. It’s annoying cause if you have a plot relevant character with you but the person not controlling them initiates the cutscene then they don’t join in the dialogue and you have to interact with them after about it.

Some cutscenes they will just stand in the background tho.

Seeing this in my feed made me laugh a lot 🤣🤣🤣
