Thankfully it's just a couple of things.

That still does help. Those are fixed now.

(AllMyLinks isn't my preferred option, but it's the only one I could find that offered BSky integration)

That's all to say, I'm still figuring out what the heck I'm doing here. What to do, how to do it, not to burn out, does any of it actually matter. If anybody wants to say anything, I'm all ears at this point.

And hey, Winterspell in 48 hours!

I could be the funny guy, but humor is pretty subjective. I could think I'm hilarious while the rest of the community yawns.

You mix the content quality frustration with limited audience and indecisive direction, and it turns into a lot of internal Bang Head On Wall.

But I can also name off six players at my local store who are consistently better than me week in, week out.

I could talk about decks, gameplay, etc., but that's better done by elite players. I'm not *bad* at the game. My local store set champs has 20+ players, including some (not all) of the better players from Eugene and a few decent Portland players on occasion, and I've top 4'd the last two set.

But let's quit talking about the external stuff and come back to me internal content creation battles. Beyond just getting started on projects, I'm still in the process of figuring out: What *am* I in the Disney Lorcana content creator ecosystem?

(SIDE NOTE: I think there are things Ravensburger could be doing to better support the content creation sphere, but let's be honest, it's going to fall on deaf ears coming from a guy with less than 50 subs on both YT and BSky)

Plus the YouTube algorithm is awful for gaming in general. When you also throw in the difficulty of your game being a niche market and getting started 1 1/2 years later than the OGs, it's going to be rough going.

But beyond that, there's also other struggles when it comes to making Disney Lorcana content.

First, it's not a huge market on socials. If MTG content is an Olympic swimming pool, Lorcana is a drop. A half-drop.

And I know, in my head, I'm too harsh. When you're friends with full-time professional content creators like GP/Guild Pack, you feel like you come up short in your production even though you're a solo creator doing this on the side in your free time and being equal to that is unrealistic.

But honestly? Even then, there's some times I look at what I put out and I just HATE it and see a million way in less than two minutes it could have been better but also know if you did all that it'd take a month to put out even a short.

There's definitely a gap between my content ideation and execution of those said ideas. Because sometimes getting started is just...Hard.

Once I get started on something, I can usually grind through to completion. It's taking that first step that's usually the toughest.
