3/3 I'm still using the cheap running shoes that are 0% waterproof due to the many holes 😂. They're fine as long I don't step into any water.

I will order new ones when at home. And I will try to take even better care and repair more the new ones 😌

2/3 I kept wearing it since the rearview mirror was still useful. Today I dropped the helmet breaking the mirror. I now stripped it of all parts that can be reused and sent off the helmet. It was also about 10 years old 🫡

At least there is no more dilemmas whether to wear the helmet or hiking hat 😁

In more personal news:
Had a call w/ my therapist 🥰. Bike still at the shop for generator installation. Hope to leave CPH as soon as I get my bike back. Aiming to reach a birthday party on the 7th. But several hundred km left. As a backup, I expect Baltic trains to be better for bikes than Swedish 😄

I handed my bike successfully in for the installation of the dynamo/generator. Exciting!

Oh, and I'm feeling a bit less overwhelmed today 😌

Might be the the lack of sleep or fine weather or talking to my brother. I feel a bit more directionful. I hope my ideas of creating more structures for meaning and hope in my life become a reality 🙏

I'm getting the impression that such a dramatic adventure was not needed to rediscover a direction. A smaller break in the routine coupled with a good book might be better
