That show, was great for the younger audience.
Then the Movie era, when the cast were young adults, was great with darker themes. Zombie Island and others from that time.
Mystery Inc was really fun too! Aimed at teens/young adults
But the PPG reboot? No idea who they are after...

Shows have the "right" to aim for a different age demographic in a reboot, but they need to actually make sense!
I like the Scooby Doo franchise, several times they did a great job with their reboots. "A Pup Named Scooby Doo" is them as very young kids, probably 8-12? Hard to tell in the art style

I like the Scooby Doo franchise, several times they did a great job with their reboots. "A Pup Named Scooby Doo" is them as very young kids, probably 8-12? Hard to tell in the art style
