My telescope is gathering dust lately so I decided to work on some data from TelescopeLive. This is a three-panel mosaic of the Lupus Dark Nebula.

In my other life I run a boutique hotel where we offer dinner to some guests. This is a new take on a popular dessert, a strawberry gateau with crème mousseline and sponge cake with a cognac soak and a marzipan top. Rhubarb reduction as a bit of colour and additional flavour added for good measure.
