they have a substantial likelihood of success on the merits of ther claim,
a threat of immediate and irreparable injury if the TRO is not issued, and
that the injunction is in the public interest.

We need to do our part to overcome Trump.

But the article's suggestion that all Trump appointees are corrupt and therefore we cannot expect any help from courts is wrong. Almost all judges -- even those appointed by Trump -- have ruled agst him where needed. See below.
