The only way to rejoin is for another referendum. Plus the EU will need to accept us back. With Reform on the rise and Farage still a big player, I can't see the EU accepting us back in until the Brexiteers have been defeated here at home.

If Reform win in 4 yrs time, they will gut the State. If Labour do not Reform the State it will likely collapse anyway. Maybe the State needs gutting for it to be started over again.

Clacton and Skegness both have a very high pensioner population. Strangely both areas went heavily Reform.

Yes fund it but we will have to be prepared to pay higher taxes for it. We also pay For healthcare and if we want a good social care for the elderly we will need to pay high taxes for it. As they do in the Nordic countries.
