apparently 'crash out' means to lose control and act recklessly?! i had no idea. however 'crash' absolutely does mean to become sleepy!! i think the phrases are confusingly similar. i've accidentally been threatening my friends that i'm gonna crash out when i just mean i need to boost my blood sugar
