Post-liberal is quite the rabbit hole- if anyone feels like spelunking in fascist guano.

Do they tape or broadcast live? If edited, the actual interviews are likely far worse. How long before they employ AI to clean up his responses?

Paramount-CBS will consume CNN and become the new headline news service for airports and doctors’ offices. Hopefully they won’t purchase MSNOW simply to destroy it. GOP State TV is about to be born. Just in time for Election season.

My cat learned French and English. I’m sure her mother spoke Spanish, but she was very young when we got her.

I once adopted a kitten from a bodega in New York. We had a long and wonderful life together. I have never met a smarter cat. She was even bilingual, and I swear she tried to sound out human words. She was loved by everyone who met her. Bodega cars are next level.

The problem is not medicare- it's that we don't fully fund it. Get rid of the GOP and we can fix that.
November 11, 2025 at 2:32 AM
medicare doesn't stink. I personally have been on medicare for 21 years. It has its problems, and you should avoid advantage plans altogether (that's private insurance). If you live long enough you'll need a supplement or medicaid to cover advanced aging care, but that's doable.

Just being pragmatic. Building something from the ground up is virtually impossible.

I agree, the goal is healthcare for all. Health insurance has never been healthCARE. Full expansion of Medicare can be the path to get us to healthcare for all- in this lifetime.

We can say both!

if we could do step one: enroll all ages into medicare, the effects on private insurance would be immediate. Then we can expand to eliminate personal cost and provide full coverage. It's a good program that's already in place that could get us to healthcare for all faster than starting from scratch.
