Are they still made up once you start citing them? 😅

It’s so useful and unambiguous though when you use it correctly. maybe it’s a school book that was handed down and has your older sibling’s doodles in it… a stolen car… lab equipment when something suddenly does/n’t work.

Tried the tiramisu HMD now, too. Man. Kind of upset to go back to our standard headset 🤣 if they manage to combine this resolution with the FoV of the boba, we’re in trouble.

Hyperrealistic VR: a 90-PPD, 1400 nits and high contrast headset 😳

or not. I’ll leave that up to you.
Here’s an interesting selfie (?) from the #SIGGRAH2025 art gallery. As you move around, or linger, your outline becomes intertwined / entangled with the fungi growing under a tree.
Kind of like being a postdoc.

amazing to hear some of the behind the scenes stories… “Disney suggested a musical… and adding 5-7 songs. It worked for them” 😆

IMO it’s something #medicalXR apps should consider a lot more for their home-space / starting point. Quite a few patients are afraid of jumping straight into VR as they lose awareness/control of their surroundings.
Start with pass through and then transition to VR, leave an option to switch…
