My Office secured a final order stopping DMV Futures and its leaders from asking Marylanders for donations after we found they used kids to go door to door, misrepresented the programs they claimed to offer, and misused the money people gave.

My Office is suing the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for a new policy that could force thousands of Marylanders out of stable housing. HUD is slashing funding for permanent housing and adding unlawful conditions that punish providers and put vulnerable residents at risk.

I joined a bipartisan coalition calling on Shopify to stop illegal e-cigarette sales happening on its platform. Too many online sellers are using Shopify’s services to market unlawful and unregulated e-cigarettes, which put young people at serious risk.
