Held by Mist

A quiet moment where the land almost disappears.
Layers softened by mist, a single tree holding the scene together.
This feels like the point just before everything lifts.

Held Ground

I arrived expecting a clear sunset, but instead watched the light flatten and the weather close in. Rather than resist it I stayed with what was present

Along the Ridge at Seceda

Following the ridge as it cuts through the landscape.

Between the Valleys

Taken on the hike from Passo Giau to Monte Mondeval, this stretch of the Dolomites felt less about destinations and more about the space in between.

Minutes of Light

This was taken looking toward Mount Barney, hiking in the dark to catch golden hour.

The light didn’t last. This was the only image that really came together.

Beneath the Storm

This image is a composite - stitched together from frames taken at 70mm (105mm FF equiv). Taken on NYE, as the light was thinning and the rain was coming.

I hope I captured that brief stillness just before everything changed.

What’s the first thing your eye settles on here?
