Naturally, I assumed it was a knock-off of some brand, however upon returning to the store I discovered that "Punzi watch" has a very diverse array of designs, which is not something I would expect from a counterfeiter or some underground clock master.

This is "Punzi watch" by Benaht Italy, a road sign company, assuming there wasn't another company with this name in the past. Bought in Valencia, Spain. The employees of the store I bought it in were no help, the only information they gave me - a possible(speculated) period of production, the 70s.
