I looked up the Romanceür and it's described as a "disc brake bike", next to pic of the frame. What makes a frame suitable for disc brakes rather than rim brakes? I thought brake type was dependent on wheel, and not the frame. (Also I'm thinking of: Surly Disc Trucker vs. Long Haul.)

Do you have an image of the stripped Galmozzi crankset? Trying to learn more about bike repair and I'm curious what that means, exactly.

I just watched your most recent bike check video as well and had a couple more questions. How do you source all these components, both vintage and new? Is it about going to shops and simply seeing what's available, or are you specifically wanting to try things?

Yeah, this is great. Looks like you got the frame from Breadwinner and then chose/installed the rest of the components yourself? Is that accurate? I eventually want to put together a bike myself.

Getting a closer look now at that pictured setup and kind of blown away. Looks amazing.
