Years ago I trained to answer calls at Lifeline, on a volunteer basis. It was a profound experience and taught me so much about what lies behind private doors here in NZ. It’s an essential service and could so easily be Government funded.

Investors are going to stay away in droves, knowing the next Government is going to take away those exploration permits.
