Very well said. Leaving the house to showing up to demonstrate is moving the Overton window for many people otherwise not as engaged. It's seeing one's self as a part, and doing, vs not. Regardless of what I hope and want, of what I know is needed this doesn't touch, it's necessary steps for many.

Beyond all the other deserved acclaim for this book, you have a great voice. Really appreciated how well you do audiobooks.

I think most manufacturers do a decent job with support, but something to investigate.

While I don't have a direct suggestion, something to be aware of (that I wasn't in buying an AED) is that almost all of them have a priority battery that has to be replaced every 2-5 years. And they are not cheap. And if they stop being made, your AED is now useless. Something to keep in mind.
