A screenshot of (part of) the Bluesky Moderation Service settings page. The setting "Sexually Suggestive (Cartoons)" setting is surrounded by a red outline to bring it to attention. This setting is the one "porn images" setting that is NOT located in the default "Moderation Settings" page, and thus, a lot of people don't know it exists and they don't know why they still can't see all the NSFW images on Bluesky.

An advertisement page for the game "Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne" by Atlus. There is an IGN review printed on the left (our left) side of the image but the image is too small to allow the review to be read. In the bottom right corner of the image is placed a promotional render of Dante from the Devil May Cry series holding his famous guns Ebony and Ivory that was used by Camp to advertise Devil May Cry 2. Overimposed on the Dante render is the infamous memetic text "Featuring Dante from the Devil May Cry series" that was supposed to help pique the interest of North American and European gamers who had never heard of a Shin Megami Tensei game before. It worked!

The "Labels" menu will display. For porn, you want to check the "Adult" checkbox. According to the Bluesky FAQ on Labels, this is the label where users have to be 18+ to view, on top of enabling it in their moderation settings. Do not check "Graphic Media": that's for violence and gore only.

Right now the "Label" button only shows up if you are posting an image, so here's an example with a random image. Once you've written your post and added the image (and optionally/ideally, some descriptive alt text), click on the "Labels" button.
