I feel you. I've have 3 in my R and a cyst in the L. I live up north and when snow comes it's painful! Arthritis sucks. Think I should just get a t-shirt that says" Arthritis sucks, Dr said I inherited from my Mom. I'm paingry"p.s. it's going to snow tomorrow..lol id wear that lol
