Is the weekend here yet?
I'm at the gym, 3 days per week, at home (yoga, HIIT, etc.) 2 times per week.
People ask me, "How do you get up at 5:20am every day, work out, and then go to work? Aren't you tired?"
My response, "Yes, I'm tired, but I do it anyway."
IF I don't do it for myself, no one is going to do it for me.

I've been adopted by a murder of crows. I bring seed and nuts out to my back yard and sing a special little song. They perch in their favorite tree and caw down to me. I wave and start back to the house. It's moments like this that bring me joy.
