I'm not a scientist, just a home cook that figured out how to save the starter to use for a later date. 🤷♀️

FYI: It is OK to freeze the individual starter packs. Let it sit out for the first day and it will work fine. I would get to the point of being tired of making it and couldn't pawn it off but I didn't want to waste it either.
