Lots of assistive features for braking, lane departure warnings, and collision mitigation may be helpful for seniors AND teens. I have both in my family that are in the market. 😱 A senior may one day need a home health aide to take them to appointments, etc. & will use the individual's car.

That's nice! My school colleagues took the time to tell me "we need to talk about this" about my decision to forgo the department pizza lunch. I don't unmask at school. Even for pizza. A slice is not worth the price! 😷

Please fix pathways for US educated SLPs. Accept US board exams and stop requiring dated syllabi from graduate programs--many of which are unavailable to experienced speech-language pathologists. Many would be happy to come if the pathway was reasonable.

I love that you are teaching the next generation of change makers that inclusion matters! I find that young people to be very energized when they realize they can create with an intention to include. Bravo!

You are a real-world hero. Thank you for making a difference. Lots of protests taking shape here in the US. Many of us would like to do something to resist and to help, but don't know what to do. You have highlighted one way to do just that.

I had a construction worker yell to another one "Oh my God they even have a mask in the kid!" We were in my car with the windows open as I was driving my COVID + kid to the doctor. Wtf is it their business what my family does to reduce spread or protect ourselves.

And then they're going to come for the masks. Not too long before "you do you" means "you do what I do...or else." Some places have done this already.
