At yesterday's board meeting, we recognized Julia Goren, executive director of the Adirondack Rail Trail Association (ARTA), for her organization's work to maintain the Adirondack Rail Trail as an accessible recreational asset under a volunteer stewardship agreement with @dec.ny.gov.
